What you’ll be doing:
- Communicate with the Customer Sales Representative to help sustain, build, and grow their Book of Business
- Help manage and grow an established Book of Business's daily shipment activities by helping with quoting, negotiating, building, selling, and resolving issues to ensure on-time pickup and delivery of each shipment
- Help with any internal matters relative to Book of Business's daily activities such as potential claims, service failures and accounting responsibilities as needed
What you need:
- College degree preferred, but not necessary
- 1 year of experience, but not required
- The determination to work harder than anyone you know
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, while being forthright about conflict
- Ability to work with the latest technologies
- An obsession for great customer service
Where you'll be: Chicago, IL (River North)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
Work Location: In person
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
